Our client is a well-known, ASX-listed mining company with a strong presence across Western Australia.
Due to an upcoming period of leave within their payroll team, they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic chance for someone early in their payroll career, or a Finance/Accounts Officer looking to make the move into payroll, to gain hands-on experience within a large, high-volume, well-structured payroll function.
About the Role Reporting into an experienced payroll team, you'll support the end-to-end payroll process across a large employee base, gaining exposure to a fast-paced, corporate payroll environment.
Key responsibilities will include: Assisting with the processing and administration of end-to-end payroll Data entry and maintenance of employee payroll records Responding to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely, professional manner Supporting timesheet processing and reconciliations Assisting with new starters, terminations,
