Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) Fixed Term Temporary Full Time $104,722 - $113,618 per annum In this role you will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of all stores management practices, policies and procedures to ensure productive and cost-effective operation of the stores function within a correctional environment.
The primary accountabilities of the Senior Stores Supervisor include: Manage the performance appraisal and development of staff in conjunction with other centre managers and develop and foster a working environment which is motivated, productive, and committed to service delivery as well as compliant with quality human resource management.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Bulk Store including warehousing, procurement,



stock control and financial processes.
Maintain high level knowledge of the centre and corporate software systems.
Develop and maintain governance and risk management systems to mitigate operational risks in bulk store service delivery.
Communication with the centre's multi-disciplinary team.
Ensure Workplace Health Safety compliance for bulk store functions.
Day to day management of contracted services.
