tenants and contractors Tribunal preparation and attendance Managing insurance claims Supporting the Team Leader with Property Management operations Training and supporting the Leasing Agent Ensuring the portfolio is managed to a high professional standard With dedicated support across leasing, routines and accounts, you can focus your time on relationships, portfolio performance and higher-level property management.
The Candidate To be successful in this position, you will ideally have: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Property Manager Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act Current Real Estate License Driver's license and reliable vehicle Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities Exceptional attention to detail and organisation Ability to confidently manage competing priorities Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Property Tree experience highly regarded A genuine passion for property and delivering excellent service This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a well-supported senior role where you can focus on the core aspects of portfolio management.
