Full job description Retail Manager – Full Time Dawg Boys Strathpine Ayra Food Pty Ltd t/a Dawg Boys Strathpine Location: Strathpine, QLD **** Employment Type: Full time Salary: $79,500 per annum plus superannuation About the Role Ayra Food Pty Ltd t/a Dawg Boys Strathpine is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at our Strathpine, Queensland location.
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for organising, managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the establishment and ensuring that high standards of customer service, operational efficiency and business performance are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for duties including: Planning, organising and controlling the day-to-day operations of the store; Managing and supervising staff, including allocating duties, preparing rosters, monitoring performance and supporting staff development; Monitoring stock levels, coordinating purchasing and ordering stock, and maintaining appropriate inventory controls; Ensuring products and services are provided efficiently and consistently in accordance with business standards; Monitoring sales, operating costs and store performance and assisting in the achievement of business and financial objectives; Maintaining appropriate records relating to stock, sales and other store operations; Ensuring pricing, product presentation and merchandising standards are maintained; Managing customer enquiries, feedback and complaints and ensuring a high standard of customer service; Ensuring the premises are maintained in a clean,



safe and presentable condition; Ensuring compliance with relevant workplace health and safety, food safety and other applicable operational requirements; Recruiting, training, supervising and supporting staff as required; and Working with business management to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and overall store performance.
What We Are Looking For We are looking for an applicant with strong communication, leadership and people-management skills who is driven and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, high levels of energy, a positive and adaptable attitude, and the ability to effectively manage staff and day-to-day retail operations in a busy environment.
Qualifications and Experience Applicants should have: An AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma , or an equivalent relevant qualification; and At least one year of relevant work experience in retail management or a closely related role.
Applicants should also possess strong leadership, communication, organisational and customer-service skills and be capable of managing the operational requirements of a busy retail establishment.
Salary and Employment This is a full-time position based in Strathpine, QLD **** .
Annual salary: $79,500 plus superannuation.
