The Chance A well-established Tier 2 commercial builder is seeking an Intermediate Cost Planner to join its preconstruction team.
You will work across a diverse portfolio of hotel, apartment and education projects, preparing accurate cost plans from feasibility through design development.

Key Responsibilities Prepare feasibility estimates and detailed cost plans Complete elemental and trade-based cost breakdowns Undertake quantity take-offs from concept and developed designs Benchmark costs against comparable projects Assist with value management and design-to-budget reviews Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams Obtain market pricing and maintain current cost information Identify cost risks,
