An established and growing property services business is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join its expanding team.

About the Role Working across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, you will be responsible for leading a small maintenance crew while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities : Lead, mentor and support a landscape maintenance team Work closely with management, team members and clients Deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services across multiple sites Complete job reports and identify maintenance improvements Conduct audits on new and existing maintenance projects Provide effective on-site problem solving and quality control Perform hands-on maintenance duties including: Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning and mulching Weed and pest management Irrigation troubleshooting and maintenance (highly regarded) About You To be successful in this role,



you will be a reliable and proactive team leader who enjoys working outdoors and takes genuine pride in producing quality results.
