Your first project is a $150M mixed-use development in Broadbeach.
You'll be the senior commercial lead on the project, managing the CA/contracts team and taking ownership of procurement, contracts, forecasting, risk and overall commercial performance.
The Company This established Gold Coast builder-developer delivers multi-residential developments, retail precincts and hospitality projects ranging from $20M to $200M.
The business is continuing to build out its internal delivery capability,



with a strong pipeline of major developments concentrated around the Broadbeach area.
With the next projects already taking shape, they're looking to build a high-calibre team that can stay together and deliver their pipeline over the long term.
