What you can expect with this role Be part of developing, implementing, and refining customer-focused initiatives Changing of water meters in the Perth metro area Support team building, communication, and continuous improvement Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with expert insights Carry out ad hoc work such as remote logger replacements, obstruction clearance, investigations, Large meter pre validation's and other projects, as required Perform meter tests to assist billing processes Your skills and experience For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
A WA Class C Driver's Licence Demonstrated knowledge of field based operations as it relates to Metering Services and customer accounting practices and processes.
Demonstrated customer orientation and service ethic You're comfortable working independently You'll be working independently, often outdoors in all weather conditions, and safety will always be your top priority.
This role will require travel throughout the Perth Metro area.
