In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Pick-Up and Delivery (PUD) fleet, ensuring productive scheduling, strong customer service, and seamless support for our Freight, Warehousing, and Distribution teams.

What You will be doing ? Fleet Scheduling Efficiently plan and schedule pick-up and delivery runs through Orcoda to maximise fleet performance while ensuring accuracy and on-time service delivery.
? Driver Coordination Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, assist with job allocation, and ensure freight is loaded and delivered safely and efficiently.
✅ Compliance Safety Monitor and ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods requirements, Driver Fatigue Laws, and all relevant safety standards and procedures.
? KPI Monitoring Reporting Track and report on key performance indicators including: Missed pick-ups Return times Fleet utilisation Overall transport performance ⚡ Problem Solving Manage delayed or missed pick-ups, implement corrective actions promptly, and coordinate special delivery requests and priority freight movements.
? Fleet Presentation Management Ensure vehicles meet safety standards and compliance requirements, including fatigue management and load restraint guidelines.

✔ Industry Experience Previous experience within the Transport and Logistics industry, particularly in scheduling, dispatch, or fleet coordination, is highly desirable.




✔ Systems Technology Skills Experience using computerised dispatch systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
✔ Compliance Knowledge Knowledge of: NHVR Fatigue Management or BFM Load Restraint Guidelines Dangerous Goods handling requirements will be highly regarded.
