The Role Lead and support the Property Management Leasing team Oversee the day-to-day performance of the portfolio Monitor vacancies, arrears, leasing and maintenance Ensure properties are leased quickly and effectively Maintain a high level of service for owners and tenants Improve processes and systems across the department Manage budgets,
