About the Role
We are looking for a Chef to take assist the head chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen. A Chef that can manage a busy kitchen delivering our quality menu, and of course our amazing functions.
Responsibilities
Lead, guide and inspire a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience and further develop the business.
Bepassionate about what you do, innovative and experienced.
Deliver high quality British dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Work rapid, clean and able to motivate the team through leading by example.
Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and team to develop and implement menus.
Demonstrate solid organisation skills, strong ability to follow and implement systems and ability to manage a large team will be key
This is a senior role, reporting to an accomplished Head Chef.
