Western Health is seeking a part time Lived Experience Peer Worker to join the Mental Health and Wellbeing Services. The CYP Worker will support young carers and families within the FaPMI program, connecting with local education and health systems to strengthen referral pathways.
This 12-month fixed-term role is 0.7 FTE, covering services across the division and opportunities to contribute to whole-family care approaches and community partnerships.
