Operating for more than three decades, the firm has built a loyal client base and is now expanding its family law offering in the Sutherland Shire.
The Chance This is an opportunity for a mid level to senior family lawyer to join a firm that takes a considered, client focused approach to relationship breakdown, preferring practical negotiated outcomes while remaining ready to advocate firmly for clients in court when needed.
You will manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a collegiate and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload spanning financial and property settlements, parenting applications and parenting plans Advise on divorce and de facto relationship matters, spousal maintenance and child support Prepare binding financial agreements and consent orders Represent clients in mediation, arbitration and, where required, court proceedings, including matters involving domestic violence Provide clear, practical advice to clients on their rights, entitlements and obligations, particularly during the early,
