Hotel Allen is seeking a confident Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team in a full time capacity. You'll lead your section with a strong grill background while contributing to a varied menu of grill, pub classics, seafood, pasta and burgers.
The role requires a proactive, team-focused chef who can manage prep and sections, maintain quality during peak periods, and adapt to a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
