The Jaybro Group in Mackay is seeking a commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our Mackay location.
You will own the P&L; and drive profitable revenue growth across sales, service, warehousing and last-mile delivery for the region.
Reporting to the State Business Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets and forecasting, and champion safety, operational excellence and strong customer partnerships in a rapid-paced, inclusive workplace.
