Primary Objective: Work within a small team to develop, implement and review quality assurance systems and processes that assess internal and external service delivery quality and legislative compliance. Maintain effective internal controls to inform direction for continuous quality improvement in children and families, domestic, family and sexual violence and homelessness services.
