Crystalbrook Byron is a 5-star resort nestled in Byron Bay, offering a sustainable luxury experience. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Conference & Events to work with a passionate hotel team, reporting to the Restaurant Manager.

You will assist in leading the team and creating a conference experience that keeps our guests returning. This role also involves supervising in our Forest restaurant when conferencing isn't required.
