We are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our supportive team. This role is a full-time permanent position based at our head office located in Applecross, working Monday to Friday (with the bonus of working from home on Fridays). In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating mobilisation activities across multiple projects and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our candidates.

The Role:
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process through arranging pre-employment medicals, training and induction requirements in a sequential order that is cost effective and best suited to the business and the employee/candidate.
Liaise with candidates to compile and audit new employee documentation including qualifications and certificates, ensuring compliancy with SIMPEC and client specifications.
Schedule all inductions,



travel and accommodation requirements throughout the mobilisation process
Utilise client systems to ensure SIMPEC implements a client compliant and tailored mobilisation process.
Ensure the integrity of the recruitment database is updated and maintained on a daily basis.
About You:
5+ Years Experience in a mobilisation role within the resources sector including experience with high volume mobilisation activities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong administration and computer literacy skills with a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Able to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to tasks and demonstrate a strong drive, output, and flexibility.
Understanding and experience with respect to blue and white-collar licenses, qualifications and verification of competencies
Demonstrate skills in building and maintaining good working relationships within a team environment extending to wider teams and clients
