This is a high-volume role for a multi-tasking, highly organised administration guru who enjoys juggling jobs, emails, portals, paperwork and competing priorities ...without losing their cool!

You'll receive a fantastic handover from someone who has lived and breathed this role for 9 years, along with ongoing training and a supportive team around you.

Your day-to-day:
n

Process a high volume of council jobs and work packs
n
Manage a busy administration inbox
n
Enter and progress jobs through internal systems
n
Work across multiple client portals
n
Upload POs, reports and supporting paperwork
n
Liaise with Client Managers and crews out in the field
n




Prioritise urgent and competing requests
n
Assist with general administration and enquiries
n
n
Excel whiz? Huge bonus! If you love spreadsheets, working with large amounts of information and turning chaos into beautifully organised data, even better.
