Job Description
n
Lead the delivery of APA's corporate reporting suite, including the Annual Report, Directors' Report, Climate Report, Modern Slavery Statement and related governance disclosures
n
Coordinate quarterly and annual sustainability reporting, ensuring reporting obligations are met accurately and on time
n
Manage relationships with ESG ratings agencies and support APA's external reporting and disclosure activities
n
Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Climate, Operations, Technology and Customer teams to coordinate reporting inputs, manage timelines and deliver high-quality external disclosures
n
Lead and support team resources to ensure successful reporting outcomes
n
Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems and governance frameworks
n
Ensure reporting aligns with evolving disclosure requirements and industry best practice
n
Support APA's ESG reporting and reputation objectives
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Demonstrated experience in corporate reporting, external reporting, financial reporting, sustainability reporting, ESG reporting or a related discipline
n
Proven experience managing the preparation and delivery of complex reporting programs, preferably within a listed, regulated or large corporate workplace
n
Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory disclosure requirements and reporting frameworks
n
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing deadlines within highly visible reporting cycles
n
Strong leadership,



communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organisation
n
Experience with reporting systems and platforms such as Workiva and Atticus will be highly regarded
n
