The Role: Recruitment Administrator
Provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy recruitment team
Assist with candidate compliance, including checking and maintaining required documentation, records and employment information
Support the resourcing process by sourcing, screening and engaging with candidates for current and upcoming opportunities
Manage candidate records and ensure information is accurate, complete and up to date
Assist with job advertising, candidate registration and onboarding processes
Manage emails, data entry, document preparation and general correspondence
Coordinate appointments, interviews and other recruitment activities
Support the team with ad hoc administration and recruitment tasks as required
What You'll Bring
Previous administration, recruitment administration, HR or office support experience
Solid attention to detail, particularly when managing documentation and compliance requirements
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a busy team
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
A genuine interest in developing a career within the recruitment industry
