About the Role
This is an exciting entry-level prospect for a detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for numbers, looking to build a career in Finance.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will join a small and dynamic Finance team, looking after customer set-up, processing, reporting, and reconciliation. This is an on-site role, based at our purpose-built facility in Aura, working 30 hours per week (Monday to Thursday).
Key Responsibilities
Process debtor payments, refunds, accounts receivable and handle related customer enquiries.
Reconcile customer accounts, and accounts receivable allocations on a regular basis.
Prepare and send weekly statements and custom reports, and liaise with Sales Account Managers on credit status.
Customer set-up, including processing new credit applications, credit limits, sales order holds,



and stop credits.
Support the Chief Financial Officer with tasks as required.
What You Will Bring
Experience in a general accounts or accounts receivable role is advantageous
A passion for numbers and a knack for problem-solving
A customer-focused, pragmatic approach to managing accounts
Exceptional customer service skills, both written (email) and verbal (telephone)
A genuine care for delivering great service internally, and a collaborative approach to solving problems in the best interest of the company
Team player

Highly organised, with an ability to work in a fast paced, upbeat work environment
