QA Build (GemLife) is seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join our growing team in Elimbah. With more than 400 homes scheduled for construction, this is a rare opportunity to secure long‐term, ongoing work on a single site, with genuine pathways to permanent employment. This role will commence on a casual employment basis, with genuine opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidate.
What we are looking for:
Construction Industry Card (White Card)
Excavator & Skid Steer tickets (additional operating tickets highly regarded)
Current Australian driver's license and reliable transport
Previous experience as a construction labourer with exposure to carpentry tasks
Strong understanding of and commitment to site safety.




Physically fit and capable of manual handling, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and being on your feet for extended periods
Key Responsibilities:
General construction labouring duties
Operating excavators and skid steers (if ticketed)
Assisting trades and supervisors on site
Site preparation and clean‐up
Loading, unloading and movement of materials
Maintaining secure work practices and housekeeping standards
