BOSS Adventure Caravans is a growing Australian caravan business known for delivering high-quality, durable caravans built for adventure. As a result of continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts, Payroll & Administration Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
This is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial administration, payroll processing, and providing support across general business operations. The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our finance and administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly and fortnightly payroll accurately and in line with all relevant compliance requirements
Maintain employee records, leave balances, and payroll reporting systems
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Perform bank reconciliations and provide general ledger support
Assist with BAS preparation and financial reporting activities
Provide general administrative support across daily operations




Coordinate ordering and management of office and business supplies
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers as required
About You
Demonstrated experience in payroll, accounts, and administration roles
Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and compliance obligations
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency with accounting and payroll software such as MYOB, Xero, or similar platforms like Employment hero.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
Strong communication skills with a professional customer service approach
