About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving strong sales results across both new and used vehicles. You will mentor and develop staff, manage stock levels, and work closely with senior management to deliver on business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Manage new and used vehicle stock, pricing, and presentation
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitability
Ensure a high standard of customer service and follow-up processes
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports




Work closely with marketing and management to support dealership growth
Maintain compliance with all dealership policies and automotive industry regulations
About You
Proven experience in automotive sales management (new, used, or both)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
A results-driven mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
Current Australian driver's licence essential
