You will provide senior leadership across SMS workforce functions, including recruitment, credentialing, contracts management, billing and governance to support over 2,000 medical staff and MWU services.
You will lead a specialist team, collaborate with clinical leaders, HR, finance and executives, and drive digitisation, policy development and continuous improvement
