Capral Aluminium is seeking an Aluminium Centre Manager to lead our Archerfield team of around 11 staff. This hands-on role focuses on the day-to-day operation, coaching the team, supporting customers and sales, and building a high-performing workplace culture.
You will manage warehousing, inventory, fabrication, dispatch and deliveries, monitor KPIs, control budgets, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement while fostering solid relationships with customers and suppliers.
