About the Role
We currently have exciting opportunities available for Registered Nurses!
Located in the heart of Horsham Lutheran Homes Group's 76-bed residential care home, dedicated to delivering high-quality,
person-centred care within a supportive community workplace. We're excited to welcome passionate RNs to our Horsham team.
In this role, you'll lead and inspire a caring team to deliver respectful, personalised care tailored to each resident's needs and goals. Key Responsibilities
Provide top level care to enhance residents' quality of life and health by collaborating with key partners and ensuring strong clinical governance
Empower residents and families through education and advocacy of their rights and responsibilities
Support and guide the care team to create a cooperative, excellence-driven environment focused on continuous growth
Actively participate in quality and risk management to meet standards and drive ongoing improvements
What You Will Need
AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times
Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Candidatesmust hold a current
National Police Clearance.
In linewith current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
