We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cooks (full time & part time) to join our diverse culinary teams across a range of venues, including our premium restaurants, events operations, hotel kitchens, and Epicurean, our internationally inspired dining destination.
Your role as a cook
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with venue standards and recipes.
Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations across a variety of service styles and concepts.
Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Working collaboratively with chefs and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Contributing to a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.
About the Candidate
Previous experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Passion for food, hospitality,



and continuous learning.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety knowledge will be highly regarded.
