We are looking for a leader with a passion for vocational education, quality outcomes and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and quality systems alongside the ability to inspire teams and build meaningful stakeholder relationships.
The role:
The RTO Manager leads the Gowrie Training & Consultancy's Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
The role is responsible for ensuring quality compliance, governance, assurance, training delivery and assessment practices in accordance with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Regulatory Framework and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) ****.
The RTO Manager leads a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and learner success while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships and supporting the organisation's growth and sustainability objectives.
This role can be part‐time or full time ********FTE).
In this role, you will be:
Leading and developing a high-performing RTO team.
Ensuring ongoing compliance with the Standards for RTOs **** and associated regulatory requirements.
Maintaining effective quality assurance, validation, governance and continuous improvement systems.
Overseeing high-quality training and assessment practices.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry, employers, government, and internal and sector stakeholders.
Monitoring operational performance, quality indicators and learner outcomes.
Ensuring the RTO remains responsive to industry, workforce and learner needs.

What you'll bring:
Current VET qualification and experience managing a Registered Training Organisation or high-level experience in an education and training workplace.
Sound knowledge of the VET regulatory framework and Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) ****.
Experience overseeing training and assessment quality, validation and continuous improvement processes.
Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and communication skills.
Registration for Working with Vulnerable People (Employee) - or ability to acquire.
Current drivers' licence and ability to travel Statewide.
