Why make the move?
This is an opportunity to take everything you've learnt throughout your electrical career and use it to build something bigger. If you've previously run your own business or established an electrical department, you understand what it takes to build a team, develop systems, win customers and create a solid reputation. Now you can do that with the backing of an established, multi-trade business and a dedicated administration and operations team behind you.
You won't be chained to a desk, nor will you be expected to spend every day on the tools. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to lead people, solve problems, improve systems, support customers and build a successful residential electrical division.
If you're ready to take the next step in your career and build a high-performing electrical team with genuine ownership and earning potential, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
