This portfolio has been meticulously managed for its entire lifespan and is in excellent shape for the right person to step in and continue building on that legacy.

The Role
Manage a well‐established, low‐maintenance portfolio handed over from a long‐serving Property Manager
No Routine Inspections required — this is fully handled for you, freeing you up to focus on relationship management and portfolio growth




Work within a supportive team environment with offshore and administrative backup
Use industry‐leading systems including PropertyMe, HubDash and Tapi (experience with these is a bonus, not a requirement)

A current, valid Property Management Registration
Proven experience in property management
