Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities
Plan and execute fulfillment and logistics operations
Lead people with employee lifecycle responsibilities, including hiring/firing, coaching/mentoring, task coordination, performance appraisal, pay reviews, and development
Set direction and develop business and operational areas
Develop policies and practices
Implement business plans across short- to long-term planning horizons
Achieve goals through direct and indirect reports
Lead teams of less experienced professionals, frontline workers, and administrators

Manage warehouse operations across CFS, CY, inland depots/warehouses, and bonded warehouses
Requirements
In-depth knowledge and experience in a functional area
Ability to routinely apply subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues
Ability to operate within established practices, procedures, precedents, and well-defined policies
Ability to handle most situations independently with minimal guidance
Ability to seek advice and support for complex or non-routine topics
Understanding of the overall nature of the business and interdependencies between functions
