You'll play a key role in bringing this space to life — setting the standard, building the culture, and creating a club members are proud to call home.
Being a Club Manager at
Anytime Fitness Sunbury East
is more than just a job - it's a leadership opportunity with real ownership.
You'll be responsible for launching, leading and growing the club, building a high-performing team, and creating an setting where members feel supported, motivated and excited to train.




Your mission will include:
Driving new member sign-ups and retention
Achieving (and exceeding) sales and performance targets
Leading, coaching and motivating your team
Executing local marketing, outreach and community partnerships
Running engaging challenges, events and activations
Ensuring the club looks immaculate and operates smoothly
Creating a positive, inclusive and high-energy club culture
We're looking for someone who brings energy, leadership and accountability.
You'll ideally have:
Strong sales experience (fitness industry experience is a bonus)
A proven ability to work toward targets and KPIs
Leadership or management experience
Strong organisation, initiative and follow-through
Passionate about health, fitness and helping others succeed
A natural leader who loves developing people
Energetic, friendly and confident building relationships
Calm under pressure and adaptable in a fast‐paced environment
Hungry to learn, grow and build a long‐term career
