About the role
MindChamps Early Learning & PreSchool is seeking passionate and dedicated Certificate III & Diploma Educators to join our team at our West Hoxton 1 & 2 (NSW) locations. We have both full-time and part time opportunities available. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children in our centres.
Your role as a Cert III Qualified Professional
As a Certificate III Educator, you will be responsible for creating safe, nurturing and stimulating environments where children can learn, grow and develop during their crucial early years. Your contribution will directly impact the wellbeing and development of the children in your care, making this a truly rewarding and meaningful role.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supervise and support children in a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment that promotes their physical, cognitive, emotional and social development
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and experiences based on children's interests,



developmental stages and the Early Years Learning Framework
Build positive relationships with children and families, maintaining regular communication about each child's progress and wellbeing
Monitor children's health, safety and wellbeing, responding promptly to any concerns or incidents
Maintain detailed observations and documentation of children's development and learning outcomes
Collaborate with colleagues and the leadership team to create a cohesive approach to children's care and education
Maintain a clean, organised and safe learning environment that complies with health and safety regulations
Support children's independence and self-care skills, including meal times, toileting and personal hygiene
Respond sensitively to children's individual needs, including those with additional support requirements
Participate in professional development and training to enhance your knowledge and skills
