Description of the role:
We're seeking an experienced Manager to join a fast-growing team. In this role you'll assist a range of clients across business advisory, compliance and strategic tax services.
What your day might look like:
Work closely with the Partner to lead and manage a portfolio of high-value business advisory clients.
Advising clients on tax strategies and business growth opportunities, preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards.
Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge.
Review statutory compliance work including financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT and company secretarial matters.
Lead, coach and develop team members through regular feedback and support.
Review client budgets, cash flow and year-end tax planning requirements.
What makes you 'just right':
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
CA/CPA Qualified
Minimum 6years' experience in a public practice firm
Management and mentoring experience
Strong client relationship and leadership skills
Strong technical tax compliance knowledge
