Job Description
Podium is scaling its Australia-based SDR sales team. The role reports to the Head of Sales and owns the full-funnel motion from outbound strategy to pipeline creation and revenue, while coaching a team of SDRs across a key vertical.
You will manage onboarding, ramp plans and career progression, drive outbound initiatives, and develop capabilities through structured training and best practices. A solid, data-driven mindset and experience with SMB-focused sales are highly valued.
