Why You'll Love This Role
You'll play an significant role in supporting the delivery of Community Safety services across the City of Stirling. This customer-focused position provides high-quality administrative support across a varied portfolio, helping ensure enquiries, infringements, registrations, permits, records and correspondence are handled efficiently, accurately and professionally.
Working as part of a collaborative business support team, you'll contribute to continuous improvement, support the smooth operation of Community Safety functions and help deliver responsive services for our community.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide responsive customer and administrative support
Process infringements, reviews and correspondence
Administer animal registrations, renewals and refunds
Process animal and parking permit applications
Maintain accurate records and indexed documents
Support purchase orders and requisitions
Collate evidence files when required
Contribute to projects and continuous improvement
We're looking for an organised, service-minded administrator who can communicate confidently,
manage competing priorities and support fair, efficient outcomes for the community. You'll ideally bring:
Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound problem-solving and customer service focus
Ability to interpret legislation and local laws
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Administration, finance or project support experience
Experience with local government corporate systems (egTechnologyOne) and enforcement practices is desirable.

Additional Information
To be successful in this role, you will need to provide a National Police Clearance less than three months old and hold a current driver's licence.
