With a high level of new works we are seeking atalented Site Foreperson to join our team. The applicant must be willing to be within a supervisory role whilst on the tools with Immediate start available.
About the role
We are looking for a qualified trades person to act as site supervisor/tradesman to run and organise multiple jobs/projects within a small team workplace. The role would include working alongside project managers with day to day organisation, running of other trades and other tasks required for the running of multiple small and large works.
The Role:
Day to day Site works supervising/co-ordinating whilst on the tools carrying out daily works
Reporting progress and regular communication with project managers
Coordinating managingsubcontractors / on site trades
OH&S;




Ability and understanding of commercial construction and regulatory practices
Ability to do material take offs and provide measures as needed
Own tools
Due to working in vast and various venues vaccination is a preferred requirement to comply with current health mandates
As an applicant, you must come from commercial experience with carpentry / shopfit trade background. Youhaveminimum of 2-3 years' experience as a site manager working across commercial maintenance and/or shopfitting industry. You are well organised, can think on your feet and confidently work to tight deadlines.
