What you'll be doing
Provide exceptional hair styling services to a diverse clientele, including cuts, colour treatments, styling, and specialised services
Mentor and support junior stylists, offering guidance, training, and constructive feedback to develop their technical skills and professional growth
Maintain the highest standards of salon presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety protocols
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service
Contribute to team initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive working environment
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products, actively participating in career development opportunities




Manage your own client bookings and schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
Represent Earth To Betty Group professionally, embodying our values and commitment to excellence
What we're looking for
A recognized qualification or substantial proven experience in hairdressing, with demonstrated technical expertise across a range of services
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a hair stylist, with evidence of progression within the industry
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for client service
A thorough understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a salon environment
Current knowledge of hair trends, products, and techniques relevant to contemporary styling
The ability to manage your time effectively and work collaboratively within a team setting
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the hair and beauty industry
Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to maintain consistent service standards
Preferred: Experience with colour correction, advanced colouring techniques, or specialized treatments
