Dahlsens Building Centres Pty is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Smeaton Grange Truss & Frame plant, overseeing the afternoon shift to ensure on-time, quality production. You will manage workflow, coach a team and drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement across shifts.
You will lead a hands-on team, monitor stock of nails, plates, braces, steel and fittings, and maintain a safe workplace while reporting performance and hazards.
