Registered Nurse Casual
Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for adaptable casual opportunities in residential aged care?
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join the team at Holly Aged Care in Hackham, a large residential aged care facility supporting residents across aged care, dementia and respite care.
This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys providing high-quality clinical care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering safe, person-centred care to residents with a range of clinical and support needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality nursing care to residents
Conducting clinical assessments and monitoring residents' health
Administering medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
Supporting residents living with dementia and complex care needs
Responding to changes in residents' health and escalating concerns appropriately
Working collaboratively with AINs, ENs, allied health professionals and other members of the care team
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and resident records




Contributing to individualised care planning and ongoing reviews
Promoting residents' dignity, independence, safety and wellbeing
Communicating effectively with residents, families and the broader healthcare team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor or Master of Nursing
Current First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Experience in aged care is highly regarded
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to providing person-centred care
The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
