The Role
We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join the back-of-house teams across
Ging Thai, Koko, Nobu, and more of our vibrant Asian-inspired venues.
As a Chef, you'll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown's Service Excellence values:

In this role, you'll play an important part in the success of our kitchens, contributing to seamless operations and helping deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Following HACCP and food safety protocols
Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team workplace
You'll bring:




Experience in Asian cuisine, ideally in a premium, high-volume à la carte kitchen - Thai, Chinese or Japanese Cuisine highly desirable
Wok Skills - highly desired
Availability to work part-time or casually across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
