About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse (EN/EEN) with at least 2 years of nursing experience to join our Victorian team.
n This is a high-responsibility role supporting NDIS participants with complex health, physical and high-intensity support needs. You will work within your scope of practice and alongside Registered Nurses, Support Workers, allied health professionals, families and other stakeholders to ensure safe, consistent and high-quality care.
n We are looking for an EN who is confident working in complex care environments and brings sound clinical judgement, strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach to participant wellbeing.

What Your Shift Will Involve
n
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centered clinical and disability support, including:
n
n
Supporting participants with complex health and disability needs
n
Monitoring participants' health, wellbeing and clinical presentation
n
Recognising changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately
n
Supporting the implementation of individualised clinical care plans
n




Providing medication-related support within your scope of practice
n
Supporting personal care, mobility and activities of daily living where required
n
Assisting with complex and high-intensity support needs
n
Supporting dysphagia and mealtime management requirements where trained and competent
n
Supporting seizure and epilepsy management where applicable
n
Working alongside Support Workers to promote safe and consistent care
n
Providing clinical guidance to support staff within your scope of practice
n
Liaising with the supervising RN, allied health professionals, families and other stakeholders
n
Maintaining accurate, timely and professional clinical documentation
n
Participating in clinical handovers, reviews and escalation processes
n
Promoting participant dignity, choice, independence, safety and quality of life at all times Clinical RN Oversight At ACCORD CARE, our ENs are supported by Registered Nurse clinical leadership and structured clinical governance. You will work within established care plans, clinical procedures and escalation pathways, with access to RN guidance when managing complex participant needs. Our approach ensures that clinical concerns are identified early, appropriately escalated and managed within each team member's scope of practice.

Essential Requirements
n
n
Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse
n
Experience working in disability, community, aged care,



hospital or another relevant healthcare environment
n
Demonstrated experience providing clinical and/or personal care support
n
Strong understanding of scope of practice and clinical escalation
n
Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively with RNs, Support Workers and multidisciplinary teams
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
n

Experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Experience with high-intensity support requirements

Experience with dysphagia and mealtime management

Experience with complex mobility and manual handling requirements

Experience supporting participants with neurological conditions
n
Experience providing clinical guidance or mentoring to support staff
n
