We are looking to hire a Junior Property Lawyer who is capable of handing files relating to wills and estates. The successful candidate will present with a strong administrational background and highly developed social, interpersonal & customer service skills, which are paramount in our high-end, service based, working environment. They will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, flexibility and possess a robust work ethic, as well as a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards clients and colleagues.
Applicants must possess sound conveyancing experience with the ability to run matters independently. Ideal candidate will have industry experience with a professional and polite manner.
The ability to learn, work hard and adapt is key.
Description
We are looking for someone with experience in the following areas:
Reviewing Contracts for the Sale and Purchase of Land. Interstate conveyancing experience is a bonus




Liaising with other solicitors and conveyancers negotiating amendments to Contracts.
Liaising with clients advising on Contracts.
Liaising with various stakeholders including Real Estate Agents, Banks and Financial Institutions
Preparation of documentation.
Off the plan conveyancing transactions and unregistered dealings;
Experience with Leap or Smokeball.
Operating matters in PEXA.
Report direct to our principal.
Profile
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a fast and busy environment
Experience in NSW conveyancing procedures
High level computer skills
Experience with PEXA
High attention to detail
Willingness to learn and put in the effort to grow.
