About the Role
n
In this pivotal role, you'll lead and inspire the Guest Services team while supporting the management team to ensure seamless, efficient operations every day.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and manage the front‐of‐house and guest services team to maintain high standards of service.
n
Oversee end‐to‐end booking administration and NDIS bookings.
n
Execute funding requirements related to guest stays, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
n
Provide financial reporting support by accurately processing accounts payable and receivable.
n
Deliver exceptional guest experiences from inquiry through post‐stay feedback.
n
Oversee daily guest services and operations at Sargood on Collaroy.
n
Ensure bookkeeping and accounts are maintained to a consistently high standard.
n
Coordinate trades and contractors onsite during business hours.

About You
n
Essential Criteria
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a front‐of‐house role in accommodation, hospital admissions or a practice/clinic setting.
n
Experience working with the NDIS.
n
Demonstrated best practice in administration and customer service.
n
Experience in month‐end reporting and days‐to‐days accounts receivable functions.
n
Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
n
Proactive problem‐solving and ability to work in a team.
n
Computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
n
High standard of personal presentation and professional phone manner.
n
Strong leadership skills to manage the Guest Services team.
n

Desirable Criteria
n
n
Hotel reservation system experience (preferably Guest Centrix).
n
Tour booking/travel desk experience.
n
Experience in facilities management.
n
n
