As a key member of the Executive team, reporting to the CEO/COO, your focus will be on leading their community-based AOD services delivered in conjunction with consortium partners, as well as broader community-based programs and strategic partnership initiatives. Heading up a team of approximately 100 staff,



you will contribute to ongoing policy and program development, provide direction and managerial responsibility for community service programs, oversee clinical performance, help identify current and future options, develop the capacity of direct reports/program managers, and build strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
This broad, hands‐on leadership role requires an experienced executive with a proven understanding of problematic drug and alcohol use, who can combine sound people and business skills, and be an integral member of a successful leadership team.
