is partnering with a growing financial services business looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planning Operations Manager to join their team.

Lead a multidisciplinary team across Client Services, Paraplanning and Compliance

What you'll do:
Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Financial Planning division
Partner with Financial Advisers and senior leadership to improve the client experience
Drive process improvement, workflow optimisation and system enhancements
Maintain strong oversight of AFSL, ASIC, compliance and advice quality
Contribute to business transformation, M&A; and post-acquisition integration
Assist with strategic planning, budgeting and broader business initiatives




What we're looking for:
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams within an advice environment
Solid understanding of AFSL obligations, ASIC regulation and compliance frameworks
Demonstrated ability to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency
A confident and credible people leader who can influence at all levels
Strong knowledge across financial planning, investments, superannuation, insurance and taxation
