The team
Join a team delivering meaningful change for our people. The Pay Accuracy and Entitlements Program brings together experts across project management, governance, payroll, compliance, employee relations, change, and education to strengthen payroll practices, enhance compliance, and improve employee outcomes. As the Project and Governance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bringing these workstreams together, providing program oversight, driving effective governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of key program outcomes. This is a unique prospect to influence organisational change, work closely with senior leaders, and help shape a program that will have a lasting impact across the University.

Experience
Tojoin our community and thrive in this role,you will likely havethe following skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience working in governance, committee or program management office roles within complex programs
Proven ability to prepare high-quality written materials for executive audiences, including briefings and reports
Proven ability of risk and compliance controls, including payroll or human resources contexts
Proven ability to manage documentation with high attention to detail and maintain version control standards
Proven ability to manage sensitive information and coordinate governance and reporting activities
Demonstrated experience providing secretarial support for Executive Forums, Committees or Boards
Experience within large transformation, remediation or regulatory programmes
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks
Demonstrated experience maintaining decision and action registers
