About the Opportunity
Join our Moorebank operations team as a Fleet Allocator and play a vital role in ensuring freight is moved safely, efficiently and on schedule. This position is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment and enjoys working closely with drivers, customers and operational teams to deliver outstanding service.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and allocating daily transport movements to meet customer and operational requirements
Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring freight movements are completed on time
Managing driver and fleet utilisation to maximise operational efficiency
Liaising with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
Tracking vehicle, trailer and equipment movements across the network
Maintaining accurate transport records and updating Transport Management Systems (TMS)
Providing drivers with job information, documentation and operational support
Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety requirements and compliance obligations
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a transport allocation, fleet scheduling, logistics coordination or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities




Sound computer skills and experience using transport management systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly
A team-focused approach with a commitment to safety and customer service
